When a referrer vouches for you, or when you claim a referral, we process:

• Vouched Data: Initial professional details submitted by your referrer, including your name, email, skills, and working relationship.
• Profile and Application Data: Information you choose to share when claiming a referral, including your resume, contact details, portfolio links, and career preferences.
• Consent Logs: Secure records of when and how you accepted a referral and authorised data sharing.

C. For Recruiters and Employers

When you look up or interact with talent, we collect:

• Corporate Account Data: Your name, business email, company name, job title, and billing information.
• Platform Activity: Records of candidate profiles you unlock, shortlists you create, and hiring activity initiated through the platform.

2. Roles, Responsibilities, and Authorizations

Our platform operates on mutual trust and strict compliance. Depending on how you interact with the platform, you agree to the following obligations.

• Mandatory Authorization: Referrers must obtain prior verbal or written authorization from the candidate before submitting their personal or professional information.
• Accuracy of Information: Referrers must submit candidate details and firsthand work history accurately and honestly.

🛡️ The Candidate's Control: Absolute Consent

• Candidate information remains hidden from recruiters until the candidate claims the referral and accepts data sharing.
• Candidates retain ownership of their information and may withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal and retention requirements.

💼 The Recruiter's Mandate: Permitted Use Only

• Recruiters may access full candidate data only after the candidate has actively consented.
• Candidate information may be used only to evaluate qualifications and support legitimate hiring activity.

3. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell personal data. Data flows through our network strictly to facilitate genuine career opportunities.

• Referrer to Candidate: We notify candidates about referrals and disclose the relevant referrer information.
• Candidate to Recruiter: After a candidate claims a referral, their authorised profile information may be shared with the relevant recruiter or employer.
• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, and security.

4. Your Rights and Data Control
